Equality plans, wage registers and pay audits
New mandatory requirements for organisations with more than 50 employees
On 13 October, the Council of Ministers approved two regulations that develop tools to combat inequality between men and women in the labour market. Among other aspects, all companies must have a wage register and those with more than 50 employees must carry out a wage audit and have an equality plan.
In view of these new legal requirements, which are largely unknown to most organisations, many questions arise:
- What should the pay register include? What is a pay audit?
- What is an equality plan?
- What is the methodology for drawing up an equality plan?
- What are the key aspects to take into account?
- What are the main difficulties we may encounter?
AddVANTE, a company specialising in consultancy, management and legal support in labour matters, is organising a free webinar on Thursday 19 November at 9:30 a.m. in which we will try to provide answers to these questions. The webinar will have an estimated duration of 45 minutes. You will be able to connect at 9:25 a.m. to verify the audio and the correct reception of the image.
The session will be led by Moisés Álvarez, partner in the Legal Labour area, and Mireia González, head of consultancy projects. We would very much like to count on your presence. Therefore, if you find the initiative interesting, we invite you to register at the following link:
