Enric Faura
Partner of the Risk and Restructuring Department
A specialist in business restructuring and renegotiations. As a forensic economist he is regularly involved in court and arbitration proceedings, focusing on judgements on economic offences, damage appraisals and technical reports
Experience
He has over 30 years’ experience as an auditor, beginning his career at Peat Marwick (now KPMG). He is frequently appointed as the Bankruptcy Administrator in Commercial Courts. He is the Mediating Arbitrator of the “High Council for Cooperation” at the Generalitat de Catalunya. He is a member of the Catalan Association of Chartered Accountants Expert Witness Service Commission
As a member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants, he represents Spain and forms part of the Federation des Experts Comptables Européens (FEE) “Liberation-Qualification Working Party”, a consultative body to the European Commission.
He has also been a member of the Commission for the Defence of Members of the Catalan Association of Chartered Accountants
