Experience
Carolina is a lawyer specialising in bankruptcy law with extensive experience in the management and coordination of bankruptcy procedures in the legal and financial spheres.
As a member of the forensic department she has intervened by giving support to the bankruptcy administrators in the main arrangements with creditors declared in Catalonia in the real estate and industrial sector. In this area she has been involved in seeking alternatives to prevent company closures by taking active part in the preparation of bankruptcy agreements or seeking investors in order to sell the productive unit.
Within the bankruptcy field she has been involved in judicial procedures for termination of contracts, in the preparation of downsizing plans and in major purchase and sale transactions.
