  • An in-depth study of the personal and/or business circumstances of the individual or legal entity in the case of transfer of real estate to opt for the best fiscal tax rate alternative.
  • A specific study in the field of indirect taxation of real estate operations for the purchase and sale of assets, urban development and redivision of land and in the transfer of companies in the real estate sector.
  • Simulation and calculation of the fiscal cost, whether it is via direct taxation: personal income tax, company tax, if applicable, non-resident income tax; or indirect taxation: value added tax or tax on property conveyances and documented legal acts, as well as tax on the increase in value of natural urban land and any other tax stemming from the establishment, operation and dissolution of real estate businesses. 
  • Focus on pertinent procedures for the change of ownership of assets attributable to a possible real estate partnership or, contrariwise, release from such procedures.
  • Analysis of the possible application of the system set out in article 108 of the Securities Market Law.
  • Preparation and submission of pertinent tax statements.
