How do I integrate ODS into my organization’s post-COVID strategy?
The Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 introduces the obligation of elaborating and applying equality plans in all those organizations that have a staff of more than 50 employees.
For the rest of the organizations it is very advisable to have an equality plan, since it will be an essential requirement to be able to opt for public tenders.
Given this reality, which is very unknown to most companies, many questions arise:
- What exactly does an equality plan consist of?
- What methodology should we follow?
- What key aspects do we have to take into account?
- What are the main difficulties we may encounter?
