The Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 introduces the obligation of elaborating and applying equality plans in all those organizations that have a staff of more than 50 employees.
For the rest of the organizations it is very advisable to have an equality plan, since it will be an essential requirement to be able to opt for public tenders.
Given this reality, which is very unknown to most companies, many questions arise:
- What exactly does an equality plan consist of?
- What methodology should we follow?
- What key aspects do we have to take into account?
- What are the main difficulties we may encounter?
Ecogesa, a consultancy firm specializing in sustainability and social responsibility, is organizing a free webinar on Thursday 18 June at 9:30 am where we will try to answer these questions. The seminar will have an estimated duration of 45 minutes. You will be able to connect at 9:25 a.m. to verify the audio and the correct reception of the image.
The session will be led by Mireia González, Project Manager at Ecogesa, and will also feature the participation of Jordi Martínez, Director of Ecogesa.
We would very much like to count on your presence.
