AddVANTE participates in the Bankruptcy Memorandum 2021
On 1 September last, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020 of 5 May, approving the revised text of the Insolvency Act, came into force.
This text harmonises the prolific insolvency legislation which, since the publication in 2003 of the Insolvency Act and its successive amendments, needed to be agreed and updated.
Due to the publication of the revised text, our Insolvency Law team has collaborated with Francis Lefebvre (leading Spanish publisher of practical legal information) in the drafting of a chapter of the new Insolvency Memento 2.021 published recently.
The firm’s professionals Enric Faura and Ignasi Blajot, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of insolvency administration, have drafted chapter five on insolvency administration, commenting on the main regulatory aspects.
